By accessing or using BotHippo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
BotHippo provides a web-based dashboard for managing Telegram bots, including live chat interfaces, broadcasting tools, and no-code automation flow builders. We facilitate the communication between your Telegram bots and your users.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of BotHippo, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and API tokens.
- Ensuring your bot's content complies with Telegram's Terms of Service.
- Not using the service for spamming, harassment, or illegal activities.
- The accuracy of any data you broadcast or collect through your flows.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
BotHippo offers various subscription plans. Access to premium features is granted upon receipt of a valid license key or subscription payment. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
BotHippo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any data loss, bot downtime, or issues arising from Telegram's own API changes or outages.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
